Today’s signing of the latest Wild Cards epic,Fort Freak, was a big success! Got a fine turnout, sold a pretty fair number of books. We had fun, and it seemed as if the audience did too. And, yes, our Esteemed Editor, the very George R.R. Martin himself, turned out (despite the fact he hops on a plane tomorrow for the beginning of his epic A Dance with Dragons tour), joining co-editor Melinda Snodgrass (also esteemed), and contributors John Jos. Miller (yep, he’s esteemed too) and me (dang, I hope so. Anybody? Bueller?)
Thanks to everybody who turned out! Look forward to catching you again at Bubonicon.
And many thanks to Craig Chrissinger and Page One Bookstore for hosting. Great job as always. Hope you made some money! (And thanks to Erin for trying to help me find my book.)
