Bubonicon is coming. I’ll be there, along with a bunch of cool authors, artists, and fans. You should too. No matter what Thunderbird may believe. So why does it let in some dude who obviously is? Bad news: have to stop reading two great novels. Good news: get to start reading writers group submissions! Yes, I admit it. I went there. I named my subconscious. What I can’t believe is that I blabbed about it. (And yes, I know it’s not midnight here. Indulge me. If you read Wild Cards, you know I have no power over Sixties rock lyrics.) Anyway, Emma Dog and I went to walk in one of our [...] Another year, another Wild Cards signing! This time out Melinda Snodgrass, Daniel Abraham, John J. Miller, Caroline Spector, Ian Tregillis, and of course, Victor Milán (dot’s I’m!) will be signing the concluding volume of our current Committee triad, Suicide Kings. Also. Wild Carder Carrie Vaughn will be there; she doesn’t have a piece in Suicide Kings, [...] Saturday was the social event of the biennium: Pat Rogers’ and Scott Denning’s Nonpareil Halloween Party!
